The space

This 1500 sq. foot (140 sq. meters) design luxury flat has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed). The apartment has a fully equipped open style kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The kitchen opens up into a bright living room with comfortable and minimalistic furniture. About entertainment you can enjoy it TV projector huge 160-inch image and in a 60- inch TV with Apple TV in the principal bedroom. There is also 2 new remodeled and modern bathrooms with a glass shower.

Polanco is a safe cosmopolitan neighborhood where you will find designer shops, upscale
restaurants, bars, and many museums. The "La Comer" and "Walmart" supermarkets are
located less than 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is centrally located to downtown,

Chapultepec Park, Colonia Roma, La Condesa, and Juarez where many other important
touristic attractions are located.

House rules

When booking this accommodation you are agreeing to the following rules:

CHECK IN/ OUT
Check in starts at 15:00 and checkout is at 11:00.
There is early check-in and check-out UPON AVAILABILITY.
In case we have no other guest arriving after your check out we might be able to store your luggage with no extra fee.

FOR YOUR OWN SAFE, PHOTO ID TO ACCESS THE BUILDING
In order to have access to the building is mandatory to send the photo of the guests official ID to the host before your arrival

TRASH
We strongly advise to get rid of the trash as frequently as you need. You will find the appropriate space to do this just some steps away from the door.

CLEANING FEES
A cleaning fee of 30USD is included in your payment. Cleaning is done ONE time once you have checked out of the apartment.
Should you require extra cleaning services, they will have an extra cost per day.
If you stay more than six nights, (exceptions may apply) our cleaning staff will have to clean at least ONCE during your stay. This is for your comfort and the maintenance of the accommodation. For stays that are longer than a week, a weekly cleaning should be made. The price is not included in the final price you have paid.
We will of course work around your schedule or the time that you feel is more comfortable for you.

SMOKING
Smoking in the apartment and common areas is STRICTLY prohibited. If this is rule is broken, a fine of 200USD will be applied.

PARTIES AND NOISE
It is not allowed to host any sort of party in the apartment or common areas.
No loud noises after 23:00.

PETS
No animals are allowed.

GUEST SAFETY
There is fire extinguishers on each individual floor. Kindly locate it upon arrival in case of emergency.
Every floor has an emergency exit/ stairway.
There is a closed camera circuit 24/7 and security staff in the whole complex.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
There is a strict inventory of every object in the apartment and their state. Any loss or damage of any of the furniture, kitchen objects, towels, or anything else that is part of the apartment is responsibility of the guest.

The prices if you lost or take one these items of the house is and will be charge it through the security deposit:

Door Key: 20 USD per key
Towel: 20 USD
TV Remote Control: 60 USD
Automatic Parking Door Remote Control: 70 USD

The breach of these rules of coexistence implies the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund of the money paid for it.
